Doeren Mayhew to Speak at Troy Chamber of Commerce’s 7th Annual Non-Profit Management Conference.

TROY, MICHIGAN – Doeren Mayhew, Troy-based certified public accounting and management  consulting firm, announced today it will be presenting at the Troy Chamber of Commerce’s 7th Annual Non-Profit Management Conference, on April 18, 2012.

The event will be hosted at Walsh College,  located at 3838 Livernois in Troy, Michigan, from 8-3 p.m. Patrick Fuelling, director of Doeren Mayhew’s non-profit practice, and Laurie Horvath, manager at Doeren Mayhew and member of AICPA’s Not-For-Profit Expert Panel, will co-present “Making Sense (Cents?) of Financial Statements.” The presentation will help board of directors and management teams of local non-profit organizations understand the importance of having strong financial reporting and its underlying correlation into stronger operations and funding opportunities.
