CHD Developers set to Launch its Headquarters in an iconic Tower ‘CHD Sky One’

New Delhi: NCR will soon witness its own symbolic building, as CHD Developers Ltd., one of northern India’s most renowned developers are set to launch its headquarters ‘CHD Sky One’ in Dwarka Expressway. Poised to be an iconic building of India, Sky One will change the skyline of Dwarka Expressway with its stunning international design, setting a benchmark like no other.  CHD will be investing Rs. 150 crore for developing this trademark tower.

Nestled in the next realty hotspot, the tower will be strategically located on the 150 meter wide Dwarka Expressway.  CHD has acquired commercial land for Rs. 25 crore in Sector 109 of the most promising realty destination. The commercial land parcel is licensed and has all approvals in place.

Keeping up with its distinguishing characteristic of bringing in innovation across its portfolio, CHD Developers has roped in one of the best Architects in the world, Pei Cobb Freed and Partners Architects LLP, to design the unique tower. Reputed worldwide for their innovative and spectacular designs, their illustrious portfolio includes Bank of China; IMF Building, Washington DC; Four Seasons, New York and the Grand Louvre, Paris, to name a few. The tower will be an epitome of international and novel design. With an “intelligent” design, the tower will be designed to be energy efficient with optimal utilization of space.

The tower will not only house CHD Group’s headquarters, but will also offer office space and studio apartments.  The total commercial space available in the tower is 1 lakh sq ft. Out of this 30000 sq ft. will be dedicated to CHD Group offices and the 70,000 sq ft would be leased to other offices.

The grandeur of the building will be reflected in the drop-off point at the entrance of the building as a visitor is bound to be mesmerized by the architectural sensibility and design elements of the grand entrance. The lobby will provide yet another spectacle to the visitor with its double height and immaculately magnificent design.

In an endeavour to aid the establishment of world quality education in India, CHD also plans to tie-up with a leading International University for a one of a kind Learning Centre in CHD Sky One. Spread over 10,000 sq ft in the building, the learning centre will offer short term courses, executive and distance learning programmes. The Centre will house an 80 seater hall for classes as well as a 12-15 seater meeting room. Other features of the Centre include Separate lobby area, storage area, heating kitchen and pantry. The Centre will meet all audio-visual requirements for Distance Learning as well which will be at par with international standards.

Entertainment and Rejuvenation options like Club, swimming pool, Gymnasium and spa will also be a part of this building. The tower has a specially designed waiting lounge for the customers and also offers a kid’s area for those coming in with their families.

The terrace of the building will offer space for 200 people’s reception.  The tower will also boast of having a helipad. CHD Sky One will also offer dedicated parking to not just the employees but everyone.
