Vacancy for Real Estate Sales Professional at CHD Developers

CHD Developers is looking for Real Estate Sales Professionals in Delhi.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
§  Corporate sales.
§  Lead management.
§  Participate in marketing efforts and trade shows and conferences.
§  Respond efficiently to customer enquiries.
§  Contact potential clients and close sales.
§  Maintain up to date information on all customer interaction on the database.
§  Identify business opportunities.
Qualification :
§  Pleasing personality.
§  Good negotiation skills.
§  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
§  2 to 3 years of work experience in real estate sales.
§  Willing to travel.
§  Self motivated and adaptable to work with minimum supervision.
§  MBA from a reputed institute.
§  Should have good knowledge about Gurgaon real estate market.
